Artificial Stone Products

Explore our range of inorganic terrazzo, engineered quartz stone for architectural, commercial, and interior applications.

Overview

Inorganic terrazzo is an eco-friendly engineered stone made from a cement base mixed with natural crushed stone, glass, or mineral aggregates, which is then shaped under high pressure and polished. It contains no organic resins, offers excellent weather resistance, and is widely used for interior and exterior walls, countertops, and flooring.

Detailed Introduction

This section outlines the material composition, characteristics, and application scenarios of various types of engineered stone, enabling the precise selection of the appropriate material for engineering projects.

Inorganic Terrazzo

This product is created by mixing aggregates—such as crushed stone, glass, or quartz—with a cement binder to form a concrete-like material, which is then ground and polished on the surface. Terrazzo made using a cement binder is known as inorganic terrazzo.

Feature

(1) Gloss: 60–95;
(2) Compressive strength (N/cm²): >2744;
(3) Flexural strength (N/cm²): >490;
(4) Strength grade: >75–100#;
(5) Abrasion resistance: No significant wear after 8,000 revolutions under a 500g load;
(6) Dust generation: <1 mg/cm².

Application
  • Commercial Shopping Mall
  • Hospital/Airport/University
  • Office Building/Museum

Safe/Zero-VOC

Uses cement as the binder and base, contains no toxic volatile substances, and requires simple maintenance after installation.

Durability

Scratch- and wear-resistant, with a service life spanning decades—rivaling that of the building itself—and a very low full-lifecycle cost.

Carbon Footprint

Offering comprehensive customization services—including options for color and aggregate—inorganic terrazzo utilizes a cement base, ensuring a competitive price point compared to similar products.

Recyclable

The aggregates used consist largely of recyclable construction materials, such as mine waste, crushed glass, and seashells.

Color & Aggregate

A wide range of colors and aggregates is available, and you can also define your own custom style.

Inorganic terrazzo comes in two types: cast-in-place and factory-prefabricated panels. Both options allow for the customization of aggregates and colors; clients may provide sample photos or specify the names of the aggregates, and we will create samples accordingly.
