Precast Epoxy Terrazzo
Precast epoxy terrazzo panels manufactured with decorative aggregates, epoxy resin and vacuum-pressing technology.
Product Overview
Prefabricated epoxy terrazzo is primarily composed of high-quality quartz sand, glass granules, and decorative aggregates (such as seashells and metal particles) bound together with solvent-free epoxy resin. Compared to traditional flooring materials, it offers significant functional advantages, including superior wear resistance, slip resistance, stain resistance, and corrosion resistance.
Additionally, prefabricated epoxy terrazzo supports seamless installation, delivering exceptional aesthetic appeal and making it a premium or high-end flooring solution that combines practical functionality with decorative beauty.
Furthermore, it differs from traditional on-site casting processes: by changing the production and installation methods of epoxy terrazzo, it ensures a seamless effect while significantly improving project quality and construction efficiency. It is an epoxy terrazzo 2.0 product capable of large-area, perfect delivery.
Suitable for projects requiring high-performance decorative surfaces with efficient factory-controlled production.

Manufacturing Process

Mixing
The epoxy resin, quartz sand, and other raw materials are mixed evenly using a professional mixer.

Vacuum pressing
The unique dual-head vacuum vibration press places the material under vacuum and applies dynamic pressure of over 100 tons to compress it.

Finished product
After quality inspection, curing, and drying for 48 hours, the finished board is ready, as shown in the picture.
